Making a purchase

All prices are quoted in pounds sterling and item prices are exclusive of postage and packing costs.

Making a purchase couldn't be easier. Just browse our online Catalog, click on any items that you wish to buy and add them to the Shopping Basket. After you have finished your selection, click on "Go to checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We currently accept payment through PayPal only. Signing up to PayPal only takes a few minutes and once you've joined you can use money from your PayPal balance or form another payment method of your choice, such as credit card, debit card or your bank account. We take payment from your card at the time we receive your order, once we have checked your card details and stock availability. Goods are subject to availability. In the event that we are unable to supply the goods, we will inform you of this as soon as possible. A full refund will be given where you have already paid for the goods.

International purchases

All shipping prices quoted are for UK inland delivery only. All our items, with the exception of the shelves and 6 hook items, can be shipped overseas. Please contact us with your delivery details and the items you wish to buy and we will endeavour to send you a quote for shipping accordingly. Please note that orders made outside the UK may be liable for import tax or duty applicable to your country or region. Daisies to Dinosaurs are not responsible for any charges, they are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Shipping And Handling

Shipping is charged at cost and worked out according to weight. Check our shipping costs for more details.

Orders MUST be paid for BEFORE shipping. You can pay by PayPal, Pounds sterling personal cheque or UK postal order, funds must be cleared before delivery is made.

We make our items to order with normal dispatch time from receipt of order being 5-7 days but please allow 14 days for delivery. Whilst we make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated timescales however delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen circumstances. If a delay occurs we will endeavour to inform you immediately. Please be aware that bespoke items may take longer but an estimated delivery date will be given upon receipt of order.

We check each item carefully and ensure they are very well packaged before dispatch. Items are shipped by Royal Mail and we cannot accept responsibility for any loss or damage caused in transit. A proof of postage is always obtained.

Returns

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase please notify us, we will do what we can to resolve the problem. We respectfully request that any queries are made within 7 days of receipt, after which we cannot guarantee a refund.

In order to return the item/s, you must take reasonable care of the item/s and it must be returned in re-sellable condition in original packaging. You will be responsible for the shipping costs both to and from your address.
